The chatbot also writes messages, articles or poems on its own as per the user's instructions. So many people use the chatbot regularly. But ChatGPT secretly collects various prompts and data from chatbot users and uses them for training purposes. As a result, there are concerns about the privacy of personal information. However, users can opt out of ChatGPT chatbot data collection. Let's take a look at how to stop ChatGPT chatbot data collection activities.
To stop the data collection process, you must first access the ChatGPT app from your smartphone. Then tap on the two line menu on the top left. Now tap on the three dot menu next to the account name below. Then on the next page tap on the Data Controls button under the Account option and turn off the two toggles next to 'Improve the Model for Everyone' and 'Improve Voice for Everyone'.
